The Vision Gran Turismo treatment is getting a lot of appreciation in these days; first we witnessed it on Mercedes AMG, and then came Aston Martin, Alfa Romeo, Bertone, BMW, Ford, GM, Honda, Hyundai, ItalDesign Giugiaro, Mitsubishi, Peugeot, SRT, Subaru, Tesla, Toyota and Zagato. Now is the time for us to behold the hottest German built hatchback get the same treatment and better Volkswagen engine to become “A GTI for Gran Turismo.”
Other details about the GTI as not known yet, like what kind of engine power it will have or how good the interior would be but what is for certain is, it would definitely be one of the most fun and exciting cars to drive.
May 23, 2014 will be the day when we are going to see this dream car in reality as it makes its debut. A teaser video has been released recently in which the title says “#VisionGTI: A GTI for Gran Turismo,” and the video shows Volkswagen exterior designers with some older GTIs and sampling them into the new GT6. It is clearly evident that in the coming months, Volkswagen GTs will become more common.
